How To Be Beautiful At 50 Without Surgery

Staying beautiful and young is the dream of every woman. But this dream starts to shatter when a woman starts to get older. Fine lines and wrinkles, the lost glow of our skin compels us to believe that we are no longer young. We start feeling even more frustrated when we see few women around us are still very beautiful and youthful even at their 50s. For example just imagine the youthfulness of Madonna the singer.Although her beauty is the result of various surgeries and Botox injections, but still there are some more things, which helps us to remain youthful even at our 50s without any surgeries.  So, if you want to keep the needles and surgical instruments at bay, here are some tried and tested ways of staying fit and young.

1. Water To Rescue

Water is the best solvent and detoxifier. Our body accumulates a lot of toxic things every day, thanks to our polluted environment and eating habits. The pollution of the environment keeps residues of toxic things in our body. These toxic things trigger premature ageing, and are required to be removed.

And water is the best agent to remove these toxic things from our body. Apart from removing harmful things from our body, water also helps in digestion and keeps the total system clean, by maintaining the natural processes in our body.Another very good property of water is hydration.

Water keeps our body hydrated and cool all throughout the day, thereby keeping our skin hydrated and fresh. Hence drinking at least 2-3 liters of water daily is a must thing if you want to achieve glowing and flawless skin.

2. Solat/Yoga And Meditation
As stated earlier, the toxic things in our environment, food and every other thing that we use, forces our skin to lose its natural beauty and glow, and become aged faster. Even when we breath, we breath-in lots of pollutions, which are sufficient to make our skin dull from inside, and tired looking from outside.

Hence it is very important to force out these toxic things from our body. And one of the best procedures to do this is regular and disciplined yoga asana and a little bit of meditation.

Solat/Yoga helps to detoxify our body, by eliminating the toxic materials thereby keeping the whole system clean and healthy. This in turn has positive effects towards our skin’s beauty and youthfulness.

Hence you may try some yoga poses like ‘suryanamaskar’,‘pawanmuktasana’, ‘bhujangasana’ and ‘sarvangasana’ among many others. And you may also try pranayamas like ‘kapalbhati’, ‘bhramri’, and ‘alom vilom’ for a naturally glowing and youthful skin.

3. Healthy Eating Habits

Last but not the least, healthy eating habits and a regular healthy diet will naturally improve the texture and quality of your skin even at the age of 50. Normally when a person becomes older,the skin becomes mature and dry, which in turn fastens the signs of ageing like wrinkles.

Hence it is very important to keep the skin moisturized. For this, foods like fresh juicy fruits and milk are best. Apart from this, including foods in your diet which are rich in fibers, vitamins, minerals and mostly antioxidants, will ensure youthful skin.

4. Anti-Ageing Creams

Special anti-aging creams are manufactured by various beauty products companies, to combat the signs of aging. If your inner system remains clear and healthy, then you may try these creams at your home for an added advantage. These anti-aging creams are available for different age groups and according to different skin types and may have significant effects on aging.
